Insight isn’t the problem.
Your nervous system just hasn’t caught up yet

Trauma-informed psychotherapy for thoughtful, high-functioning adults ready to move beyond insight and finally change the patterns that keep repeating.

Welcome to Inner Wealth Therapy — where healing moves beyond awareness into real change. I help adults who grew up around chaos, survival, or emotionally unsafe environments heal their nervous systems, shift long-standing patterns insight alone hasn’t changed, and become more regulated, confident, and connected in their lives and relationships.

Healing is hard but you don’t have to do it alone

Healing often happens in stages:

TRANSFORM

Inner Wealth Therapy is a telehealth psychotherapy practice for adults (18+) in Minnesota.

Many of the people I work with are highly capable in their daily lives, yet privately feel anxious, emotionally exhausted, or stuck in patterns they already understand but can’t seem to change.

Many grew up in emotionally intense, unpredictable, or survival-based family environments and still feel the impact today in their nervous systems, relationships, and sense of self.

Clients often come to therapy navigating experiences such as:

• Trauma from chaotic, emotionally intense, or unsafe family dynamics
• Relationship patterns that feel draining, one-sided, or confusing, even with insight
• Attachment wounds (anxious, avoidant, or mixed)
• Breakups, heartbreak, or long-term relationship fatigue
• Hyper-independence, overfunctioning, or chronic self-blame
• Anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or shutdown
• Inner-child wounds and identity stress
• Being highly capable on the outside while quietly exhausted inside

I also work with adults who identify as BIPOC, Latinx, immigrant, or who are navigating cross-cultural or blended relationships.

This space is for adults who are ready to feel more emotionally grounded, safe, and connected from the inside out.

Many of the people I work with have spent years being capable for everyone else, while quietly wondering:

Why does everything still feel so heavy inside?

This is therapy for adults who are ready to move beyond survival patterns and feel more alive, connected, and themselves.

Therapy that goes deeper than insight alone

You deserve therapy that goes deeper than insight alone.

Many of the people I work with already understand their patterns. What they often discover is that insight alone doesn’t always change what their nervous system has learned.

At Inner Wealth Therapy, clients often experience:

  • Warm, direct, and emotionally present care that honors your lived experience and identity.

  • Work rooted in neuroscience, nervous system healing, and emotional safety- not just insight.

  • When appropriate, EMDR may be integrated to help shift the emotional patterns and nervous system responses that keep certain experiences feeling emotionally charged or unresolved.

  • No judgment. No pressure to be “fine.” No minimizing your pain.

  • Not cold or clinical. Not vague or passive. Therapy here is steady, engaged, and grounded in real understanding of family dynamics, expectations, and identity.

  • Insight alone is not the goal.
We focus on helping your mind, body, and relationships experience something different, not just understand it.

  • Healing here follows a clear process.
The IWT Method™ helps make sense of why insight hasn’t been enough, and what needs to happen next.

  • The goal is not just to get through the week. The goal is to feel more steady in yourself, more clear in your choices, and more at home in your life.

If this feels like the right fit, you’re welcome here.

THE INNER WEALTH THERAPY (IWT) METHOD™

Healing doesn’t happen all at once.
It unfolds in stages.

I created a program to support high-functioning adults who have insight into their patterns, but still feel stuck in them. Over time, I began to notice that this wasn’t a lack of effort or awareness; it was a mismatch between what clients were doing and what their nervous system actually needed.

Healing has a pattern. And without understanding that pattern, it’s easy to remain in insight without experiencing real change.

At Inner Wealth Therapy, I help clients witness and understand that healing happens in stages. Therapy moves through three natural phases designed to support thoughtful, high-functioning adults in moving beyond insight and into integration, where change becomes more natural, stable, and lasting.

Integrate

Understanding your patterns is an important first step, but insight alone doesn’t always change what your nervous system has learned.

The Integrate stage focuses on building emotional safety, regulation, and stability so that your body can begin to experience something different.

Witness

As safety grows, awareness becomes easier to stay with.

The Witness stage focuses on exploring relational patterns, attachment dynamics, and emotional experiences, so insight becomes embodied instead of only intellectual.

Transform

When insight and nervous system safety begin to connect, new choices become possible.

This stage focuses on shifting relationship dynamics, boundaries, and identity so your life begins to reflect the growth you’ve been working toward.

You don’t have to force change.
When the nervous system feels safe, transformation becomes possible.

About Ana

Inner Wealth Therapy was created by Ana V. Lozano, LPCC, a trauma-informed psychotherapist specializing in attachment wounds, relational trauma, and nervous system healing.

Ana works with thoughtful, high-functioning adults who often understand their patterns but still feel stuck repeating them in relationships, emotions, and life decisions.

Her work integrates attachment-focused therapy, EMDR-informed trauma treatment, and nervous system regulation with cognitive-behavioral approaches that go beyond insight, helping clients shift long-standing patterns not just intellectually, but in the way they feel, respond, and relate.

Many of the people Ana works with grew up in emotionally intense or unpredictable environments and learned to become capable, responsible, and resilient very early in life. While these strengths helped them survive, they can also create patterns of overfunctioning, hyper-independence, and emotional exhaustion later in adulthood.

Inner Wealth Therapy was created as a space where these deeper patterns can finally be understood, integrated, and transformed.
