I created Inner Wealth Therapy for thoughtful, deeply feeling people who learned early in life how to carry a lot on their own.
The people who became capable, responsible, emotionally aware, and strong long before they ever felt fully supported themselves.
Over time, I began noticing that high-functioning people are often the last ones asking to be seen, understood, comforted, or cared for. They are usually the ones holding everything together for everyone else while quietly carrying exhaustion, overthinking, loneliness, pressure, and emotional pain underneath the surface.
I wanted to create something I wish existed for me when I was younger.
A space that helps people feel less alone in the world.
A space where healing feels warm, honest, emotionally safe, and deeply human.
Through therapy, writing, educational resources, and nervous system healing work, my hope is to help people better understand themselves while slowly creating lives and relationships that feel calmer, healthier, and more connected.
